I don’t like sharing personal info too often, but I actually have VCD and it’s very hard in general for me to speak or make noise at all. It’s even really hard for me to breathe during sexual encounters at times. I do really love and enjoy sex or else I wouldn’t be doing this as often as I do haha, but I sadly have some limitations. I’ve been doing exercises for it my entire life, yet my vocal chords have started to fold over regardless. The surgery for VCD is still uncommon and not covered by most insurance companies (some doctors don’t even recommend it but I’ve kinda given up on that part of it at this point). However, because of onlyfans it’s actually something I’m going to be able to afford to get fixed this year! I thought I was cursed with this for life but hopefully things will turn around soon 🥰
