Added 2022-03-03 12:34:29 +0000 UTCThis year has been a challenge 😵💫 I had major surgery on my neck in January to remove a prolapsed disc and a metal plate fused into the front of my vertebrae (which took me out for 6weeks), got a dodgy knee lingering and as of today I’m day 7 covid positive 🤧 how’s that for 2022 so far 😂
I decided to put my pole up tonight and get the body moving again. Still taking things super easy as The neck will take a good 6mths for the bone to fuse.
