"Upon review, the platform is working correctly. Please ask your fans to try the following: 1) Clear the browser cache/cookies; 2) Try another web browser for testing purposes; 3) Give it a shot on a different device. If any further issues, you can ask your fans to contact us directly." The feedback I've been getting is that it works for some people, but not for others. There's not really much I can do about it except maybe resend the exact same file to you. 🤷🏻♀️
