my back is still healing, i did end up going to the hospital last week. i am on stronger medications so iโm now able to walk or sit up easier (just for short periods of time). iโm slowly trying to gain full mobility again, so wish me luck ๐ฉท
chronic pain really sucks :โ) usually this kind of thing happens once every few years, but my bodyโs been through a lot of stress this year so itโs especially difficult.
