

Had some Q’s about my workout routine and it pretty much now consists of - gym 3x a week, about an hour or so. I do push pull legs, 8-10 reps a set, 5 sets per exercise and about 4-5 exercises per gym sesh then I do core for like 3-4 core exercises. I also either bike a mile (takes about 3-4ish mins) on lvl 15, or run a mile before I lift (with like 10-15 mins of walking recovery) diet wise, I’ve cut down on alcohol (1 or 2 times every 1-2 weeks) and junk food (chipotle and Panda Express teriyaki chicken is prob the only takout/fast food I eat now due to the high protein in them) I eat a ton of protein bars, protein shakes, chicken and rice, and broccoli/frozen vegetables that I cook at home. Also eggs for breakfast.
If you eat super clean, like almost zero fat consumed, you’ll feel like you’ve leaned out so much in just a week. Combine eating clean with working out and you’ll lose fat and gain muscle easily 👌 aim for 2-3 protein shakes a day and don’t drink anything else except for water and protein shakes
