So fun fact: I am a certified personal trainer and I’m currently studying to get a certification to also become a nutritional coach as well. The program makes us “practice what we preach,” so I thought I would try it out here.

The program talks about sometimes how a goal seems so big that it becomes impossible. That real change doesn’t happen from just a moment but rather a collection of small choices we make everyday. So whether your goal is fitness or something else in your life, it’s not always about the end goal but rather the path you create to get there—what you do today and everyday after this to making that happen. Maybe it’s just looking up gyms in the area, or learning about healthy fats, or just even walking into a gym. It’s the collection of those choices day in and day out that will eventually add up to life changing results.

My transformation has been on going for 10+ years. My goal is to always look and feel better. But without little daily tasks that dream becomes too big and too hard to achieve. It’s about what we do today for just an hour, or ten minutes, that really matters
