I hate that, after tormenting the family for over a decade and breaking us completely—while literally living with another woman—he still allows himself to come into our house, drink coffee, stomp around, make a mess, and slam doors. But he’s tied to my mom through work and helps with house repairs when needed, so we’re still dependent on him.
