Barely eating + drinking water, haven't exercised in the last few days, and been having some dark thoughts but finally slowly working my way to self care! This post is just a reminder to reach out for help. I've been isolating myself for the past week but the last two days have reached out to people and it has really helped me. Just want to say if you're having a hard time reach out for help and don't isolate yourself because it just makes it worse. lots of love Bruce Lee.
