***FUROR LOQUENDI*** I was thinking of how I could start talking about my trip to Brazil and this title kept popping in my mind: verbal diar rh.ea It fit the purpose but didn't smell right. I wanted something less po.opy. specially because OF doesn't allow the use of these type of words (Not even the emoji! Lol and you know I tried it) So I asked my oracle for "synonyms" and the results were these along with my first impressions: **Blarney**: 🦖 **Gift of the gab**: hah smooth but conceited **Flowing tongue**: 💦 🐍🔞😖 (yes I use emojis because 1 image is worth 1000 words and my fingers hurt from typing on a phone) **Logorrhea**: well this just made the po.op part infused with the verbal part.. **Logomania**: very cool. It sounds like it could be a 90s board game. **Diarrhea of the mouth**: 😭💀worst. ***Furor Loquendi***: Finally. classy and classic. It wasn't tough to pick one. It is Latin and translates directly to: mania of speaking. I guess we still use the word Furor to this day. Now that I've started this diary page accordingly.... I must say that I can't believe a hurricane is hitting Florida as I was about to come back home!! My friends that visited the State and are taking care of Minnie and Daisy must be having a good vacation regret 😬 I really hope this storm isn't as bad as they say it is 🙏 I've been in Brazil for a few days now and it's been an amazing trip so far. We just threw the most awesome party to my grandma! Seriously it was super awesome and better than expected.. Enjoy your elders while you can ❤ she made us laugh so much. Do you know how there's always that one person asking you publicly when you will have kids or why don't you? Well it happens a lot in some families. One of these distant parents approached grandma. Her daughter stroked her big pregnant belly while they held hands and she asked: "Darling.. when are you going to be a great grandma? Isn't this your eldest? - and smiled towards me. All of a sudden the cake I was eating was hard to swallow so I coughed. My grandma looked at me then back at her: "who?...B?" - Then with an overly innocent voice she continued - "no of course not, she doesn't even know how to do these things..." ❤- And faked judgment looking at the pregnant woman. We all laughed. Long live the queen. "Well then ask Bianca.. she knows how" - my cousin gasped with her boyfriend in the back 😂 😇👸 Let's see... It's been more of a personal trip than an exotic vacation so all I can do for you is talk about what comes to mind... Oh! This Sunday Brazil is voting for President...I wonder what's worse: Our candidates and voting day or hurricane Ian? 🌀 Pics 1.
