However, I feel that a composed goal keeper sets the tone by their abilities, and instills intimidation with confidence. The whole job of a forward is to place themselves in the right position, and work with what they can. If they see a goalkeeper with no confidence in their abilities, that forward is gonna do their very best to break you. Whereas if you set the tone from the beginning. The forward will know they have to score a banger, or do something extraordinary to get the goal.
