Self care tips!! 💌🙏 Read below... ✨️ My self care routine is all about balancing body, mind & spirit health. 🙏❤️ They are all tied together. 😌 ✨️ Our bodies are composed of tons of water, so make sure to replenish yourself! ✨️ Try to do some kind of movement daily- even a little walk is great. ❤ ✨️ It's always good to balance out your food intake- make sure you're getting enough fiber, healthy fats and protein in your diet & your body will thank you ❤ ✨️ Stretching is SUPER beneficial not only for your body, but your mind/spirit as well! ✨️ Breath work can help you release pent up emotions in your body ❤️ ✨️ For your mind/spirit- write out your thoughts! Get a journal to write down whatever you need to process. Or, make an audio journal on your phone 💌 ✨️ Take 5-10 minutes per day to do a meditative ritual. Sit outside, or in front of a mirror- and focus on your breathing. Use affirmations if you want! ✨️ Just 5 mins! if you really want to care for yourself- you can make all of this stuff happen. make yourself a priority ❤️ you'll be thankful later 🙏 ✨️ Do things that bring you joy- make it a priority to laugh and relax each day.
