Where are the moments- to truly honor - US? Much of life - we often might become disconnected from our feelings, the present or our body due to the go go go or stressors of life . 🌿Slowing down with a single moment 🌿.Feeling that moment, as deeply as you can. 🌿Feeling its offerings and reminders of- love. You- as deserving and as being- love. 🌿Slowing down with, you. Your breath. Your body. This is your control gauge back to center. Back to, you. Take a moment with me here to honor- you. Breathe alongside my breath. Thank you for each and every one of you who are still here honoring my work and me even in my brief absences most recently - I had a health flare and then have been moving through a serious family emergency with my dad and it’s requiring a lot on me to tend to right now so I will always be here when I can. I will always create - when I feel, me. That is my promise. I am thankful to come back here after long days and read such nourishing messages from you all . My heart feels so so full in that.
