Without them saying a word or doing anything - you could FEEL their gentleness, their patience, their calm, their turn on, their aliveness for life? Have you ever been in another’s presence as they danced or moved or touched and you could FEEL every move? FEEL the true turn on and deep connection to themselves? ✨As a society, we have normalized living disconnected from our bodies and selves - moving through the days, moments, sex, touch, etc. Deciding and doing all from the MIND. When we are in the mind - we are lost in our thoughts, habits, shoulds and disconnected from the depth of FEELING in the moments. 👇🏻 When we practice grounding our body and begin connecting to our body in these ways - we come out of the mind and into the body and FEELING. The more we are grounded in feeling - the more we can feel our truth moving through our body, mind and self as well as - others can feel us. We feel MORE. They feel US MORE. ♥️
