The ebbs and flows of surges of energy rushing through the body The wait. Foreplay comes in many layers Mental - physical - spiritual - ✨Do you play in foreplay with yourself? ✨ This can look like - • Being present with yourself in looking in the mirror • Nourishing yourself throughout the day with what brings you peace and joy and presence • Gazing at yourself in how you would gaze at a lover or who turned you on • Putting on an outfit that turns you on while wearing it • Set up your environment in a way that turns you on. Using smells, textures and all that makes the space come alive for you. • Get yourself a treat for your hard work after the day or during the day • Give your body little brushes of sensual touch throughout the day reminding it - you’re coming home to fully play with it later ;) ✨Foreplay with a lover can be : • How present we are in conversation with our partner and how we gift our presence when together • Helping with or doing a task to take something off of their to do list or needs to help them relax • Sending a sweet affirming and thoughtful text message or audio • Setting the environment with how you know supports soul relaxation for your lover vs just sexual relaxation or physical • Light gentle non sexual touches throughout the day prior to any sexual connection - add in little sexual touches after that you know your partner enjoys • Surprising your lover with something you know supports their relaxation or joy • Present gazes and how we gaze and use our body language within time with our partner How we look at one another.
