Added 2022-09-02 23:48:00 +0000 UTCWhat is our ROOT CHAKRA and why does it matter? ❤️ ~ Our body is created of particles of ENERGY ~ The Chakra system honors this energy and breaks it into view as - focus points in the body - these being connected into our sex drive, joy, calm, feelings, blockages in life and more Just as a thermometer rises and falls - this is how the energy moves in our body ❤️ Our ROOT CHAKRA / THE SEX CHAKRA ( the color RED ) is located at the base of our spine and houses the BASE of our energy and its ability to be built up the spine. The energy of the ROOT CHAKRA is all linked into - TRUST, SURVIVAL AND SAFETY ❤️ If we are stressed and struggling with providing the basics ( money, housing, food, work, etc ) or not feeling safe in our environment, body, work or in life overall- this center can become blocked for us ~ If our root energy is UNDERACTIVE AND BLOCKED - we may feel • Anxious • Disconnected • Disorganized • Stuck ~ If it is OVERACTIVE AND BLOCKED - we may feel • Rigid • Fatigued • Afraid of Change • Hoarding / Greedy ~ If it is OPEN AND FLOWING - we feel • Calm • Trusting • Stable • Grounded • Sense of safety for life, our body and self • Sexual / Fired Up Sex Drive • Sense of Aliveness Checking in with yourself : ~ Are you feeling safe in life right now? ~ Are you living in survival in any way? ~ Does your sexual energy seem to shift when you are stressed or feeling more ungrounded about life?
