I want to talk about - shame and guilt 🤍 How often we shame and guilt ourselves - and for pieces of ourselves that are simply - human Our thoughts. Our thinking about another. Our desires. Our fantasies. Our mistakes. Our truth. What happens when we start to shame ourselves for these things? How there is a shift for us when we let go of leading with shaming or guilting and also have those around us who honor us in these ways too. The medicine that lives in creating space to speak about our fullness, thoughts and truth of self. Shame and guilt will not erase the pieces of ourselves that are trying to speak, be seen or be held. There is something deeper that wishes to be touched on and cared for- without any shame or guilt. The openings that happen when we open the door to listen deeper to what our desires, thoughts, etc are saying, needing etc In finding ways to honor our fullness and truth in whatever way aligns most true to us We all deserve this 🤍 What are you currently holding shame or guilt within?
