Our body carries signals and messages to us each day for a purpose and the further we are disconnected from our body, the less we will be able to be in tune with these messages. This practice guides us in finding connection back to our body and specific body parts. In this, we are being guided out of the mind and back into the body You can use this exercise anytime , anywhere ✨This exercise is also powerful if you are feeling highly stressed or feeling an overwhelming emotion such as rage, sadness etc and wanting to feel more grounded back in the present and also into the body. Soften and close your eyes if able. Find the body. Breathe with the body. How do you feel after this exercise? Do you notice a difference?
