Movement is a guaranteed way to support our fuel as well as guide release and calm back to our body / physical. I remember growing up I didn’t like exercise and this was due to me doing forms of exercise that didn’t excite me. It took me time to explore I now know I love hiking / walking, yoga, strength training, dance, movement as a few ☺️ How do you feel after your 20 minutes?
