

A quick and easy snack for fuel 💛 PB BANANA OAT BALLS I make these in bulk and enjoy them for a pick me up during the day They are filled with protein and different nutrients! Protein helps us manage appetite spikes! It also is great for our bone, joint and brain health. You can add in as many other toppings to this ball recipe too :) These ones are: - ripe bananas - PB2 (peanut butter powder) - cinnamon - local honey - chunks of coconut You can leave them raw or I also bake them at 325 for 12-15 minutes I love to mix up the recipe! Sometimes I add - apples or chocolate chips or nuts etc I hope you enjoy 💛
