If you don't want to read here is the tl;dr: "The completion of my garage studio has been interrupted because mold has appeared. Shootings for October are put together spontaneously by me - I do my best!" Long Version: Yesterday the carpet and final shelving for my garage studio setup finally got delivered so today I wanted to finish everything by laying out the carpet and setting up and arranging the shelves. I cleaned out the garage again and lifted the rubber floor plates (so I can kneel on the floor when shooting)... only to find thick mold growth. A few spots in the concrete floor have been torn open and moisture is apparently getting in as a result. I can neither finish nor use the studio like this. The landlady has been informed and will hopefully send someone to seal the whole thing as soon as possible. As it is right now, I can't shoot there... So I'll see that I can do a lot on vacation and then do a few more things at the end of September! ❤
