We spotted this guy from the road, and quickly pulled over, stripping off our shoes and wading through muddy grasses to get as close as we could to the river's edge. This majestic creature ambled around... before lifting his back hoof to scratch his cheek like a puppy! XD Walking along the riverbed, I suddenly heard a "cheep cheep!" by my feet-- and looked down to see the tiniest ducklings I've ever seen scattering away from me. I felt terrible.
