I’ve worked out at least once a day, every day, for over a year now. I’m extremely proud of the progress I’ve made in strength and endurance, but I’ve realized lately that I have neglected flexibility practice. I run several times a week, and dudes, my hamstrings are TIGHT. I’ve made it a goal to bring yoga into my schedule much more regularly to try to strike the balance of strength AND flexibility.
