Currently I am in London this week. It is a little hard for me to be online with less internet and spending time during the day out and about. Thank you for your patience. All my socials like instagram and youtube are free and people do not often see this or the work many of us give just to be here. I am thinking of you all each day wishing I could give more time to you all. Please know I appreciate you all. I hope as I share my writings like this, these little words help you. Next week I am going camping. It is summer holidays for my daughter.

For this week in London I am staying at a friends and her husband's house. There is no room for yoga or handstands. I am sleeping on the sofa in the living room kitchen. For my exercise I have been walking 20kms a day instead of taking the underground. No yoga or handstands. I miss it but I gotta make do. I have been running between 5-12 km a day plus walking and working on line getting up early whilst everyone is sleeping. I share this as people often think it is easy for many to stay fit but we all must adapt and change and work on it.

Life is never perfect or easy. Even on holidays I still have to work as well waking at 5-6am even on holidays to get things done i need to do.

For health and fitness sometimes we have to learn to adapt to our experiences. It is not an all or nothing approach, many try to do this and fail. I believe we do not have to be perfect in our pursuits but if we continue to try and do something, we will always make changes for the better. Life is never straight forward or easy but things are possible if we are willing to adapt and change. Being healthy is not about keeping the perfect diet and fitness routine, it is being able to be flexible in our approach in our mind and body and find the joy in doing it anyway knowing we are trying.

I'm not going to say it is ever easy as many do but I am going to say where there is a will there's a way.
