Added 2020-03-23 13:41:56 +0000 UTCIt’s third day of my extended vacation, I can’t say it’s boring, I have so many things to do, today I recorded yoga Nidra session for my Russian friends, and hope to make one for you guys🥰
I did my morning yoga practice, then I walked in garden zig zags 2km by the way, I also found 15 min for high intensity workout which made me sweaty, in this conditions it’s kind of hard to get sweaty as it’s cold 🥶, I finished 3d season of Crown. Meanwhile, I’m away from all social media and news, as they make me anxious and give me panic attacks which I’ve never used to experience before🤷♀️ The weather is beautiful and I’m trying to find positivity in every little thing around☀️ I know this all probably sounds boring to you, but it’s reality of life and I live with hope I’ll have chance to come back home after quarantine, of course I miss my family there 🐈 🐈 🐈
