My latest OFTV is out! This is a highly requested video where I talk about the controversial sides of the bodybuilding and online fitness industries, as well as what I personally do and do not do.

I’m gearing up for my next (and final) bodybuilding prep right now-with a serious building phase planned for the next couple months, then straight into my 20 week competition prep. I’m going to be competing at the Olympia amateur in Las Vegas this October and I could not be more excited to get shredded again and get back on stage!!
