This little trick I call a “croc”, where you balance on your elbow, I’ve been working on trying to lift that free arm to hit a specific pose! I wasn’t planning on trying to make it a one arm but I was thirsty and the idea just came to me!
I’m not with family this year for thanksgiving unfortunately but still feeling very grateful for everything in my life, especially this platform and all of you!!! Thank you for being on this journey with me! 😘
