I’ll be keeping you guys in the loop as best as I can. I want to apologize in advance for how absent I’ve been with new content for you guys. I am doing my best to go live and send out messages but it really does take a toll on my body getting this low in body fat.
After the show, July is going to be quite the month. I promise to pump out content for you guys and get back to a regular streaming schedule so we can have some more fun together on a regular basis.
