Because the gyms are closed during the lockdown- we went into the forest and did some exercises there. I used to train everyday 4-5 years ago I really was into hard training with higher weights until it ended in an ED (eating disorder) calls Anorexia nervosa (and bulemia nervosa). After a few years into this ED‘s my bodyweight was between 48kg - 62kg (I am 1,79m tall) At some time i started to eat more normal again but was afraid of workouts and I was afraid to fall into an obsessive-compulsive disorder again. But now, a few years later - I think I am at this point where I can do this in the „normal way“ and for sure in a healthy way! So wish me good luck 😋🥰
