



Going to be showing you all what I eat everyday as I start to get more serious about my gaining! Starting with a nice goal of 4K calories per day (of course going over will be even better). I've never calorie counted like this before. I've just kind of always gained naturally but I'm really excited to start doing it more intentionally & diligently to see just how big I can get. If I'm being honest, I'm not at the biggest I've been anymore, just due to some life circumstances but that really just gives me the motivation to get back up there then even bigger. I can't wait!
