Two weeks ago my friend and I hosted the Inner Intimacy Retreat in Joshua Tree, CA.
It was a beautiful weekend of connecting with our inner-ch!ld, inner-mother, inner-father, and de-shaming shadow work.
Developing intimacy with yourself is key to confidence, deep enriching relationships with others, and proudly living life authentically.
We had the best fucking time and this video is from our slip 'n slide dance off right after our hike around Joshua Tree National Park.
