I'm out of breath before I even start. I get into cow pose with ease, it's almost my natural state but from there things just get harder. My fat belly gets in the way and my massive legs aren't as flexible as this "Yoga for Fat People" article seems to think they should be. If you want to watch me struggle to do even the most basic of physical activities, stretching, this is the video for you.
