

Hi! I've restarted my fitness journey and plan to stick to it! The last months were difficult, being often sick and overworked/low on energy, but this year I want to take care better of my mental and physical health. So working out at least x4/wk, re-introducing yoga/mobility exercises and eating healthy! Of course that it takes extra time to do meal planning and exercise but I was feeling SO much better when I was doing that consistently. I must build back that discipline!
