

Workout done! Front or side? 😏
Today I've started Caroline Girvan's Fuel program (free on YT). She's my favorite trainer. FYI new subscribers: I only workout at home.
Fat loss is going well (doctor's orders, not that I don't like how I look). Starting this week I'm trying 18:6 IF for the first time. I find it less stressful and I hope it will be helpful for the rest of my goals. So far is fine and I'm proud that I've managed to even have a day with 24h fasting. I'm happy to see that I'm not bloated as fuck all the time. In fact, on most mornings my abs look so nice!
