

Fun fact: this month it's my first time back in the g.y.m after 25 years! I've always preferred working out at home (I've only got into fitness about 3 years ago) and it will take some adjustments. I sure love or the looks glued on me. 😏
I can feel how the long break has affected my strength but with enough consistency and discipline, I'll be back in no time!
