All jokes aside, I had an SVT episode while at the gym last week and thankfully my first responders were able to bring back my sinus rhythm with meds and didn’t have to stop my heart to reset it. It was the scariest moment of my life and I honestly thought I was checking out.
I have never shared my story here but if you’ve seen any of my pictures, you’ll see the scar on my chest…. I’ve had 2 open heart surgeries and have struggled with my heart health for the last 10 years. With all of that said, I will be slowing down for the remainder of the year. You will still see me post and I’ll definitely still be active, I’m just going to focus on my health.
This isn’t going to bring me down AT ALL, I just need to recalibrate some things and push forward.
