Welp, the first month of 2020 is now officially over, and hopefully with it the run of terrible luck I've had since the end of 2019! I did promise that I'd post blogs whenever possible, so here's to keeping you guys in the loop. This month has mostly been a catch-up game, as Jak and I were in a car accident on December 31st - on our way to grab weed from the local native reserve. We spun on a patch of ice and slid into a man on his lawnmower, heading home from plowing his neighbor's yard 😬 Of all people in all situations to hit... anyway, everyone was fine and alive but the next week was brutal. Coping with the stiffness and soreness from the impact of the accident meant my ability to cam and film was severely impacted, and Jak had to go onto medical leave at work just weeks after being hired. I never really understood when people told me the pain of an accident hits you days later, but truer words were never spoken. I felt fine for the first day and woke up the next morning barely able to move! On top of that, we had to walk everywhere for days until we were able to replace our vehicle, but we lucked out as a friend was upgrading and willing to part with his old car for a very fair price. It needs a new windshield and set of brakes but otherwise is in very good shape! We're currently working towards car parts to fix her up. Things appeared to be looking up, until Jak was suddenly fired from work - we suspect it was because he took medical leave so early in his employment. He's now resolved to work on his channel and film with me while he searches for another job, meaning more content for you guys in the meantime but a future of uncertainty for us, at least for a short while. However, tomorrow we're going to look at an apartment that's way outside of the city and a few hundred dollars less than what we're currently paying, so my fingers and toes are crossed for a new beginning! A new car, new home, and a fresh outlook could be exactly what we need to launch 2020 into the amazing year I know it will be. My goals for February are to film a ton of hot new content ( currently on the upload list : a 50s style milkshake feedee video, a Mime-themed solo vid, a HOT bondage submissive video for Jak's channel, and more!) as well as push us into the 100 subscriber territory, and I know with your help we can get there!
