You may have noticed that I've been a bit absent since last week. That was not intended, and this time was not due to my chronic illnesses. Someone very near and dear to me nearly succumbed to their struggles with their mental health, and I took the unplanned time off both to cope with my own responses to the situation as well as to help them get situated and settled after they were released from the hospital. Everyone is doing much better now (and I've even shot some new content for you that I'm working on editing right after this!). Do me a favor? Go tell someone you love that they matter to you. We all need to hear it more often. (and guess what... you matter to me!)
