Added 2021-01-16 19:36:12 +0000 UTCI’ve been consistently working out for almost 2 decades now 🤯😳 (These are almost 6 yrs old!) For me working out was first a way to build confidence and self esteem. It then became part of my perceive identity and value (leading to body dysmorphia). Since then it’s saved my life and helped me through many depressing times... I now really view my fitness as an outlet for my emotions, training for my mind as well as therapy and love for my body ❤️
