I have a whole extra bedroom that I can get 500 a month for if I lock up my toys and retire. So what do I have to do to make that not happen? What content do you want to buy? Do you want the page to stay open? Buy something. You have to support your favorite artists or they go away. I'm out of ideas. If anyone knows a good roommate finding service let me know.
