I must have exhaled right before this picture was taken, because my chest looks super thin. In fairness, this workout was tough and I was breathing hard! Check this out: 1.Run 1 mile 2.Do 1 set body resistance exercises (2 min plank, 20 push-ups, 10 reverse situps, 20 squat jumps, 30 situps, 15 burpees) 3.Run another mile 4.Do a 2nd full set of resistance exercises 5.Run one more mile Starting time temperature was 86 degrees (30C) which didn’t make it easy. If you can do this, you’re in really good shape, and could probably complete an obstacle race fairly easily. I’m going to do at least one later this summer! Stay tuned for that!
