









Year-end is so fast approaching! Do you make New Year's resolutions? Personally I stopped doing it because every time I failed to do what I set out to do, I'd feel awful and guilty and I'd rather not feel that way! Instead, I tend to think of New Year's 'aims' rather than proper resolutions. Things I'd like to work towards, but no pressure. For me, my biggest aim for the new year is to get medical attention, figure out WTF is wrong with me, and work towards getting healthy again. On top of that, to trim back down because I'm no longer comfortable in my skin and that's a bad feeling. So overall, just a general get healthier vibe. How about you?
