Added 2021-09-20 18:57:18 +0000 UTCmonday means capitalism 🙃 remember to work what you’re paid to work. use your vacation, take time off, you don’t owe your boss anything. claim overtime if you work overtime. better, don’t work overtime. we don’t live to work, we work to survive in a capitalist society. if you love your career, you should be advocating for change— redistribution of wealth, equity based hiring practices, providing prerequisite resources, the list goes on. if you’re like a majority of the working class and work to put food on the table, think how little you owe your bosses. reclaim your time and don’t feed into the culture of overworking that we’re told is beneficial. a busy worker has no time or energy to revolt 🙃
