I remember recording this. I was in between places, heartbroken and rediscovering myself.
It was a time when I could pick up a guitar and pour my heart and soul out into a little song. Writing lyrics on the fly… remembering old phrases said to me.
They say pain makes artist and during this time I definitely felt like an artist. Here’s me sorting though feelings, making sense of walking away and telling myself it’ll be okay.
