

Breathe in-and-out.π¨ Meditation is one of my favorite ways to practice self-care! It has so many benefits both physically and emotionally. After I meditate I feel accomplished, less stressed, and more connected to myself. Focus on your breathing, make sure to be taking deep breaths from the abdomen. Go find your happy place, bring a yoga mat (or donβt), and watch your anxiety fade away! π§ββοΈβοΈ
