

Soaking my bones after a long two days. For those who don’t follow my fitness stuff on my other platform - I’m currently up in Seattle getting my Strong First Kettlebell instructor certification. It’s an intense 3 day training focused on six lifts: the Turkish get up, Swing, Clean, Squat, Press & Snatch. I decided to treat myself this last night with a private hotel room after bunking up with friends the last two nights. Bath, sleeping pill & silence to fully recover for the big test day tomorrow!
