

GOOD MORNING LOVES? Let’s talk morning routines!? I have a really hard time with mornings (much more of a late night girl) but I have some of my best days when I wake up early and get my day started. No matter what time I get up, I like to start my day the same way: ✨ Water- I chug at least half of my water bottle to counteract the coffee I’m going to have and get my body woken up ✨ Movement - I alternate between stretching/yoga, a walk around my neighborhood and an occasional full blown gym workout ✨ Coffee - duh ✨ Planning! - whether it’s my to-do list for work that day or planning new content for you guys?
