✨Sunday hacks for a better Monday✨ Even when traveling, the Sunday scaries are REAL let me tell you! Below is a list of my quick go-to Sunday activities to put my mind at ease coming into a busy week. 1. Get out of the house! There is something so refreshing about getting some fresh air before snapping into business mode to get ready for the week. 2. Clean my room. So simple but makes a huge difference in mindset and being able to relax for the day. 3. Make a grocery list and plan a time to shop. I personally hate grocery shopping on Sundays so I just use this time to plan my shopping trip and meals I will cook for the week. I don’t typically end up shopping until Tuesday morning then cooking Tuesday night but just having it planned out always feels good. 4. Plan my whole day Monday - morning to night. Mondays are my most planned out day because It’s when I have the most energy and discipline to stick to a schedule. I make sure to not overdo it to where my day becomes daunting but make sure to handle meetings, priority work items and get at least one non work thing off my to-do list. Typically I’ll squeeze in a workout too so I start my week right ?? All of this can be done in as little as an hour so you can still enjoy your day off! Of course some slow Sundays I’ll do even more (laundry, cleaning, self care, etc) but this is always my must-do list. What is your Sunday regimen?
