I’m focusing on making positive choices based on my core values. I think that the beginning of any kind of positive change begins with identifying your core values and making them your priority. My core values, for example are my faith, family, and independence. I have more values than those (sub-values, if you will) and I found that reading from a list of values and making a bubble chart really helps to visualize your values and help you stick with making the healthiest and most positive choices.
