But...because the NFL wants to "protect its image", they weren't allowed to add the late hits (and some of the more badass hits - like the wrestling/elbow kinda moves). Hum...wait a minute...LAME! What is wrong with the NFL? Most concussions and CTE don't come from late hits anyways lol...they simply come from playing this freaking hardcore/insane sport. And since when do video games represent reality? To me, fun of Blitz was to hit your opponent like crazy. I want a real sim? There's Madden. Blitz was (and still is) pure raw fun to let go of your emotions and have fun with friends without overthinking game play. I've played some of it on N64 today (played with the Bills and Doug Flutie! GO BILLS!). I wanted to see how it would be playing without late hits. It's playable. It's okay. Is it as fun? Nah. Not to me. Plus, this four player control panel will be CRAMPED! I just can't imagine 4 full grown up men playing around this lool but it's pretty!!!! If you are a NFL Blitz enthusiast, or have played in the past...I want to hear about you!
