

Some of you know that I've really been into Yoga in the last two years. I'm not doing it to look sexy. I'm not doing it to turn on men or to become a yoga junkie. I'm not doing it to become strong or flexible. I'm doing it for ME. Simply to feel good, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I got a few questions about my Yoga journey. So I might start to share a few things about my journey. If it's not for you...focus on the tits ;) What people often ask me or tell me. "Yeah, can't do it - I'm not flexible". SURPRISE! I am NOT as flexible as you could imagine. I'm not flexible at all actually LOL Yoga is NOT about flexibility. Even if many people think about that. TV shows and Californian girls have given a false image of yoga. You can develop flexibility (and will) with yoga, but you don't need it to do yoga. Most (if not all) poses have different degree of variations based on how flexible you are. Sometimes you will need to bend the knees or just use a different angle, etc. But everything can be done no matter the level of flexibility. You are as flexible as an erection?
